Valley City Bank Internet and Phone Banking Terms and Conditions apply:
Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and conditions and the Internet and Phone
Banking Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Spring Valley City Bank Mobile Banking is a special and an additional feature of Spring Valley City Bank
Internet and Phone Banking. It is not a stand-alone product. Mobile Banking is available only to
registered users of Internet and Phone Banking. You must register for Mobile Banking.
Not all mobile devices may be capable of accessing and using Spring Valley City Bank Mobile Banking.
You are responsible for using, having or obtaining a compatible mobile device in connection with any
use of service. Spring Valley City Bank is not responsible for:
- Any ability of a mobile device to access the service or
- Any loss or damage to a mobile device resulting from your access or use or attempted use of
Spring Valley City Bank Mobile Banking.
If you travel outside of the USA, you may still have access to Spring Valley City Bank Mobile Banking
Service. You should check with your telephone communications provider to ensure that the mobile
device will be able to use a relevant network in those countries in which you are travelling. Spring Valley
City Bank is not liable for any additional cost you incur.
Any conditions of use and charges relating to a mobile device are your responsibility. Rates may apply,
check with your device provider.
You can use your Mobile Banking facility to access accounts linked to your Internet and Phone Banking,
which include:
- Transferring funds between EFT accounts
- Obtaining EFT account information, such as account balances
- Making Bill Payments and payments to accounts that are not linked to your Internet and Phone
Banking facility (such as accounts held at other financial institutions or paying bills)
You will be held liable for all losses due to unauthorized use if you have acted fraudulently.
You will not be responsible nor have any liability for any instruction that is not authorized by you, if you

You may cancel your use of the Service at any time by contacting us at telephone number 815-663-2211

We have the right to end or suspend your use of the Service at any time. We will usually give you at least
30 days notice. However, we may give you a shorter period of notice or no notice if we consider it
necessary, for example because of security concerns in connection with your use of the service or
because we are concerned that you have used or may use the service to create an unauthorized
overdraft or otherwise to operate any of your accounts in breach of your arrangements with us.
