Other Consumer Loans
We offer installment and single-payment notes for other consumer purposes. Loans are offered on a secured basis to qualified applicants. We invite anyone to visit with a loan officer and complete a loan application. Loans secured by a Spring Valley City Bank Certificate of Deposit have an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 2.00 % above the APY (Annual Percentage Yield) of the Certificate. All loans, including automobile loans, have a $50 minimum interest charge. There is no charge for completing an application. There is a processing fee of $25.00 on all consumer loans. Any fees charged by any entity to secure a loan are the responsibility of the borrower. |
