SPRING VALLEY CITY BANK E-STATEMENTS
   

The e-statement is designed for depositors to receive their account statement through Internet Banking. You can choose the checking or savings accounts that you want to receive the e-statement for when you enroll for the service.

ACTIVATE ACCOUNT
You must stop at Spring Valley City Bank to fill our enrollment form for e-statements. At that time you will choose the checking and/or savings accounts that you wish to receive e-statements for. You will also need to provide personal information such as address, phone number and e-mail address for purpose of contacting you. After you’re enrolled in e-statements you will have to go to our web site www.svcb.com and log into our Internet Banking and choose the e-statement tab and accept our Terms and Conditions. You will not have to change your current account number to receive e-statements.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be enrolled in Internet Banking and logged in to receive e-statements.  To receive these statements you must have a computer with at least Microsoft XP software and a printer or the capability of saving the document on your hard drive or to a CD. If you are having a problem retrieving your statement go to http://www.adobe.com to download the latest version of Adobe. You need a 128-bit encryption level on your Internet browser. To check or change the settings, click “help” and “about Internet Explorer” and follow the instructions.

The first time you receive your e-mail that your statement is ready for viewing you must log into Internet Banking on our web site www.svcb.com and agree to accept the Terms and Conditions for the Electronic Statement.   You will need to provide us with a current e-mail address for purposes of contacting you concerning your e-statement and also for notification that your e-statement is available for viewing.

DOCUMENTS
You can receive your checking or savings statement through the Internet Banking Application. The checking statement will have the images included along with the Regulation E error resolution notice; however the savings will not include the images on the statement. These statements will be available for a limited time.

REVOKE E-STATEMENT
To change from an e-statement back to paper you may contact us by phone at 815-663-2211, or in writing at 315 N. Cornelia Street, Spring Valley, IL 61362, or by fax 815-664-2800, or e-mail at svcb@svcb.com.  There is not a fee to change the way you receive your statements.

PAPER COPIES OF STATEMENTS
Even though you receive e-statements and have the capability of viewing or printing your e-statements you may request a paper copy from us. There is a $15.00 per hour research fee with a minimum of $15.00 for reproducing a statement or statements that we look up for you. There is not a fee if you reproduce the statement yourself. You may also choose to receive both an e-statement and a paper statement each statement cycle. If you choose to receive both there is not a fee to do so, however, you must contact us by phone at 815-663-2211 or write to 315 N.
